The Raiders Annual General Meeting will be hosted on Wednesday, June 19th starting at 6:15pm. Location is TBA (we're hoping to meet in the General Purpose room at the Jasper Place High School again).
The formal meeting agenda will be sent out prior to the meeting for review, however, some items of interest that will be addressed at this meeting:
1. Bylaw review - changes are proposed to the Board Structure, Meeting Schedules and Board Terms.
2. Board of Directors election
3. Financial Review and budget approval
It is important that you have a voice in our club (especially if you could be here for a few years). The AGM is typically a short meeting - approximately 30 minutes maximum. Please plan to join us.
